Integrating Service Learning (SL) activities into academic courses can offer a transformative experience for students. In the twofold perspective of countering learning loss, determined by pandemic, and promoting student empowerment, enhancing responsible self-regulating skills, project was implemented. The started with sample 38 students enrolled in first year Master’s Degree Primary Education at University Palermo. To monitor performance SL project, to measure civic-social competences, self-efficacy trait anxiety university students, it decided administer pre post CUCOCSA Questionnaire. This contribution shows how acquired reflective, relational research skills as well metacognitive attitudes. [PR]A.S.S.I. Apprendere serve, servire insegna: un progetto di Learning.
